1. What TattoosAR is

TattoosAR is a web-based augmented reality (AR) viewer. You open it by scanning the QR code that comes with our temporary tattoo products. It runs in your phone's web browser. There is no app to install, no account, no sign-up and no login.

2. Your camera stays on your device

The viewer asks for camera permission only so it can recognize the tattoo and show the animation on top of it. All camera processing happens inside your browser, on your own device. Camera images and video are never uploaded, saved, or sent to us or to anyone else.

3. Optional sound effect (microphone)

Some 3D effects can react to sound. The microphone is used only if you tap the sound effect button and allow microphone access. The sound is analyzed live on your device for its loudness only. It is never recorded, stored, or transmitted, and you can turn it off at any time.

4. Screen recording

If you use the record button, the video is created on your device and saved directly to your device. It is never uploaded to us.

5. What we do not collect

• No names, email addresses, phone numbers, photos, voice recordings, contacts or location.
• No device identifiers or advertising IDs.
• No cookies.
• No analytics, tracking pixels, advertising, or social media plugins.
• No third-party scripts. Every file of the AR viewer, including the AR engine, is delivered from our own server, so your browser does not connect to any other company while you use it.

6. Anonymous scan counts

We keep one simple total number per tattoo design showing how many times that design has been scanned. This number is not linked to you, your device, or your network address.

7. Technical information

Like every website, our server must receive your device's network (IP) address in order to send the page back to your browser. We use it only for that delivery and, briefly in temporary memory, to protect the service from abuse. It is not written to our database or to our access logs, and we never use it to identify or follow anyone.

While the viewer is open, it may keep a short-lived value in your browser's own session storage (for example, which tattoo was scanned when you link two tattoos together). This value stays on your device, is removed automatically, and is never used for tracking.

8. Children's privacy (COPPA)

TattoosAR is designed to be safe for users of all ages, including children under 13. We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children. Because the viewer collects no personal information from anyone, no personal information of children is collected, stored, or shared, and no parental consent process is required to use it. 9. Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share any data. There is no personal data to share.

10. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
